The courage to believe in one’s talent and the determination to satisfy the wishes of each client: these are the basic elements with which this agency was created.
I am Alessandra Fadigati, Event and Wedding Planner, PCO (Professional Congress Organiser) and founder of the IVIE event agency.
For the past 20 years I have seen to the planning and organisation of corporate and private events, both in Italy and abroad, relating to a variety of fields: CME events (Continuing Medical Education), conventions, seminars, team building, openings and weddings.
I have always loved the world of events, even more so the behind-the-scenes magic that comes with organising them; my work can be compared to the mise en scene of a show: organising and directing every element to amaze, charm and excite the public.
My passion in planning and organising events and my desire to get involved led me to found IVIE with a specific purpose: to turn your projects into unforgettable days. A far from simple goal which, from 2014 to today, I have managed to achieve and perfect more and more thanks to the constant desire to amaze those who choose my agency to fulfil their dreams and the fantastic team of professionals I have worked with for a very long time.
In choosing the name of the agency I searched for a word that embodied the thought that is at the base of my profession, that is, to make “everything that is beautiful” flow within every project; I think there is nothing more beautiful and satisfying than planning and seeing the wishes of each customer fulfilled, transforming every event into a memorable, joyful and exciting experience.
I was inspired by an African expression whose meaning perfectly matched that thought, enclosing all the energy and positivity that characterise this agency in just four letters: IVIE.
