Logistics: very good. Excellent boat transfer choice on Friday morning. 1st day (convention/team building/dinner) Good organisation, wonderful and very appreciated team building activities. Some people accepted the challenge and I never would have expected it!! Opting for the evening barbecue was a very good choice, you hit bull’s eye… casual atmosphere and lots of camaraderie. Overnight stays: the guests were very satisfied with the facility. Acceptable price-quality ratio, but only in that context. A lake view would have been ideal to reinforce the memory of Como. 2nd day (convention/lunch) Perfect location choice, you proposed something truly new and unique… my compliments!! Coach: great for stimulating. Excellent format. More interaction would be better the next time, but it was regardless OK. There was a small technical problem at the start when he was on the street and spoke through the “robot”… it’s too bad because we immediately understood that he was outside… while if the microphone had worked it would have been more impressive. But since he insisted on bringing his equipment, unfortunately our hands were tied. The chosen restaurant had a very good price-quality ratio and was very nice. It would have been better to again be outdoors (my personal preference), but the location and the heat did not allow it.
